日前，马里兰大学、新加坡国立大学和俄亥俄州立大学联合完成的一项研究显示，AI招聘工具更偏爱AI编写的简历。 研究团队选取几千份ChatGPT问世前的真实简历，让GPT-4o、DeepSeek-V3等7个主流模型对这些简历重写，之后再让AI担任"招聘官"进行盲评
