我发现人身体的变化比想象中快很多 最近我有意控制了大卡的摄入,早上补充蛋白质,脂肪(蛋黄),慢碳 , 维生素(也可以直接吃药);中午肉类+慢碳;晚上不吃碳水只吃蛋白质和炒蔬菜或者瘦肉(也可以适当吃一些油),或者是刷脂汤,每天大概 1000 大卡左右的摄入。 平常也不怎么运动 ,即
