八马茶业：中国证监会就公司H股全流通发出备案通知书
36氪获悉，八马茶业在港交所发布公告，董事会宣布，2026年5月6日公司接获中国证监会就实施H股全流通发出的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已就合共31,933,125股内资股实施H股全流通完成向中国证监会的备案。备案通知书自备案通知书发出之日起12个月内有效。
