韩国拟最早7月起禁止企业集团分拆上市
韩国金融监管机构周四表示，最早将于7月起采取必要措施，禁止韩国企业集团进行“分拆上市”。韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）指出，分拆上市，也称重复上市，是指将核心业务部门剥离出来单独上市，长期以来被认为是造成所谓“韩国折价”的主要原因之一。该监管机构指出，这种上市方式长期以来损害了股东
