跑路的海淘转运是 [青竹海淘] ，有两个包裹总价值约 4000 元。 现在网站打不开，客服联系不上，包裹已经快半年了音讯全无。 目前能想到并且已经采取的措施： 1.报警。派出所民警说由于这家转运公司之前是正常经营的，目前虽然无法联系，但是没有证据显示它存在诈骗的行为，所以不能立案
