集成光路芯片能发出多种颜色激光
美国国家标准与技术研究院（NIST）科学家研制出一种新型光路芯片，仅有指甲大小，能够产生彩虹般的各种颜色的激光。这种芯片处理光的方式与传统芯片处理电子的方式类似，将能发出多种波长光的激光器集成于方寸之间，成为一种光的“集成电路”，有望为人工智能、量子计算和光学原子钟等前沿技术注入
