[Codex] codex 为什么总是找不到 SKILL.md ?
copilot 难民在尝试 codex ， 为什么这么离谱， 加载 skill 靠普通读取文件， 然后路径经常不对，比如到内置 skill 的路径读取自定义的 skill ，到项目内部路径读取全局 skill, 有什么好办法吗？总不能只靠一开始就手动指定好所有可能需要的 skil
