汇绿生态：重大资产重组中止审核，将尽快申请恢复
36氪获悉，汇绿生态公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金方式购买武汉钧恒科技有限公司49%股权并募集配套资金。因重组申请文件中财务资料过有效期，3月31日深交所对本次重组中止审核，这对重组不构成实质性影响。公司将推进加期审计等工作，尽快更新财务数据并申请恢复审核。本次交易尚需多项审批
