蓝思科技：实际控制人拟增持不低于1亿元公司股份
36氪获悉，蓝思科技公告，公司收到实际控制人周群飞、郑俊龙控制的长沙群欣投资咨询有限公司书面通知，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心及维护中小投资者利益，群欣公司拟通过集中竞价方式增持公司A股股份。本次增持金额不低于人民币1亿元，不设定价格区间。增持计划自披露之日起6个月内实施完毕。
