ST萃华：因未按规定披露定期报告 收到证监会立案告知书
36氪获悉，ST萃华公告，公司收到证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因未按规定披露定期报告，证监会决定对公司立案。公司表示将积极配合调查，并履行信息披露义务。此前公司于2026年2月9日因涉嫌信息披露违法违规被立案，相关事项尚在调查中，对经营业绩影响存在不确定性。
