不穿“绿鞋”成潮流，A+H公司看重首日纳入港股通
2025年5月，吉宏股份率先尝试放弃绿鞋机制，成为首家实现H股上市首日即纳入港股通的A+H企业。此后，这一模式被更多企业采用，2026年以来已有多家A股公司赴港发行H股时沿用该策略，包括兆威机电、广合科技、国民技术等，同时有不少拟赴港企业在发行预案中明确计划放弃绿鞋机制。是否放弃
