移动套餐问题，想取消需要支付违约金，应该如何处理？
之前有一个非官方的电话，说是移动的工作人员，跟我说套餐价格不变可以从20G升级到30G，让我办理了个合约，并没有给我详细介绍套餐内容和违约金的事情。我现在想取消，告诉我需要支付3366元违约金，有没有佬友遇到过类似问题，现在应该怎么处理？ 附：若套餐变更为立即生效的，当月变更前后
