电装公司称正考虑撤回对罗姆的收购要约
日本电装株式会社表示，正评估多项方案，其中包括撤回针对罗姆的全盘收购要约。电装承认，目前尚未就股份收购事宜获得罗姆方面同意。现阶段暂无最终决议。另据罗姆方面证实，其并未作出同意表态，并称电装正在斟酌后续应对方案。（新浪财经）
