长江通信：烽火科技拟将17.20%股份无偿划转至芯珂技术
36氪获悉，长江通信公告，公司收到间接控股股东中国信科集团通知，拟将烽火科技持有的公司56,682,297股A股股份（占总股本17.20%）无偿划转至芯珂技术。本次划转完成后，烽火科技不再直接持有公司股份，芯珂技术将持有上述股份。本次划转不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变更，
