国际海事组织：约有2万海员被困波斯湾
国际海事组织秘书长多明格斯17日说，目前约有2万名海员和近2000艘船舶被困在波斯湾，他呼吁各国加大外交努力，支持国际海事组织推动海湾地区被困海员疏散计划。多明格斯是当天远程参加法国与英国联合主持的霍尔木兹海峡通航相关会议时作出上述表述的。他说，霍尔木兹海峡周边冲突正对海员、航运
