4 月 24 号在海鲜市场购买了一个 ribbi 邀请码,商家说的是 3 个工作日发货,直到 5 月 6 号还没发货,申请退款后被拒绝,给出评价后遭商家辱骂并拉黑,难道就没有人能治治这些无良商家吗?
