中证协通报一季度券商投诉处理情况：佣金税费投诉量居首，七方面建议直指服务痛点
从业内获悉，中国证券业协会近日在行业内通报了2026年第一季度证券公司投诉处理工作情况。通报数据显示，一季度111家证券公司共接收客户投诉7860件，办结7261件，办结率达92.4%，其中4800件通过协商达成和解，和解金额合计271万元。在一季度投诉总量中，佣金调整及税费问题
