手机锁容真的是科学的吗
上班的时候和 AI 聊天 他告诉我说 一个手机出厂的时候会锁 5%~8% 低于 80% 会锁得更多 会锁 15% 先不说他说的数据是不是对 锁容这个事情 他不告诉消费者 他真的是合规的吗 也有可能是我不知道有没有相关的条文 不过我还好奇一个问题，那低于 80% 真的会多锁的情况下
