36氪获悉，广信股份公告，公司控股股东安徽广信集团有限公司于2026年4月30日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌广信股份持股变动信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对广信集团立案。本次立案事项仅针对控股股东，不会对公司正常经营活动产生影响。
