可转债“破面”频现，信用风险须警惕
正值财报披露高峰期，可转债市场却迎来一轮信用风险考验。尽管整体供不应求，但近期可转债市场中“破面(跌破面值)”案例正在增多，而且还有转债触及违约条款。记者采访了解到，参考往年情形，随着财报披露步入尾声，“破面”案例依旧有增加的概率。这与发行人经营不稳定以及财务压力密不可分。市场人
