昊海生科：控股股东之一因非本公司事项收到《取保候审决定书》
36氪获悉，昊海生科公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人之一蒋伟因涉嫌内幕交易案，收到上海市公安局出具的《取保候审决定书》，期限从2026年4月29日起算。此前蒋伟已于2025年12月因内幕交易等行为收到证监会《行政处罚决定书》。该事项与公司无关，蒋伟未在公司任职，不会影响公司日常经营
