启明创投“先拿壳再装资产”，VC/PE探路退出新模式
4月19日晚间，天迈科技公告称，公司正在筹划发行股份及支付现金购买上海芬能自动化技术股份有限公司100%股权并募集配套资金，预计构成重大资产重组和关联交易。这是天迈科技被国内头部风险投资（VC）机构启明创投入主3个月后，启动的首笔重大资产重组计划。值得注意的是，此次天迈科技拟收购
