关于薪资倒挂,部门经理薪资比90%下级低
我是一个研发团队部门经理,今年调薪我们团队上级领导报了我和我下级的另外两个同事,结果他们通过了我没通过。目前我在公司 从P5升级P6到P7到部门经理,每次调薪总是一堆理由最后不给调,目前已经5年了。升部门经理也三年了,也是没有调薪过。团队下面同学90%薪资都比我高,佬们帮我分析下
