关于薪资倒挂，部门经理薪资比90%下级低
我是一个研发团队部门经理，今年调薪我们团队上级领导报了我和我下级的另外两个同事，结果他们通过了我没通过。目前我在公司 从P5升级P6到P7到部门经理，每次调薪总是一堆理由最后不给调，目前已经5年了。升部门经理也三年了，也是没有调薪过。团队下面同学90%薪资都比我高，佬们帮我分析下
