阿里云百炼这波开始割韭菜了，下架 coding plan，改头换面 token plan

继上次被阿里云无理由封禁 coding plan ，投诉无果，感觉阿里云就是玩不起了，故意找各种套路搞用户。 先是 40/月的 coding plan 权益降级，不能用 qwen3.6 模型，然后又不能续费，强迫 4 月 13 号前升级到 200/月，到后面又无故封禁用户的账户。
