[职场话题] 公司前两周招了个新人， 在犹豫要不要叫老板辞退他
说说前提， 公司不是说非常的正规， 总共就三四个开发。。所以要求是能够全栈的去做，没有测试， 需求理解也得靠自己来琢磨。 现在有 ai coding 的情况下， 分析理解代码也很快，公司也有提供 github copilot ， 所以我很快就分配任务下去了 最近给他分配了几个任务
