ccs不同provider配置共享问题
我平时使用claude code都是用ccswtich来进行不同provider的切换，但是我发现一个奇怪的问题 例如我们在使用provider1的过程中在/plugin安装了skills，在使用这个provider的时候可以正常识别到所有的skills，但是当我我切换到了pro
