ST开元：公司股票交易可能被实施退市风险警示
36氪获悉，ST开元公告，公司初步测算预计2025年度期末净资产为负值，若经审计后为负值，公司股票将被深圳证券交易所实施退市风险警示。截至本公告披露日，公司2025年年度报告审计工作正在进行中，最终财务数据以公司正式披露的经审计后的2025年年度报告为准。
