CPA接入Codex无法使用，503报错
CPA部署在云服务器上，使用Docker进行部署，但是在接入codex的时候一直报错503，claude code却是可以正常使用。 cpa 使用的认证文件： cc-switch claude code 测试： claude code 终端测试： cc-switch codex
