特斯拉2nmAI芯片生产新布局：三星、台积电分获AI6AI6.5订单
特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克近日在X平台披露了下一代AI芯片的详细路线图。 继AI5芯片在三星成功流片后，AI6与AI6.5两款2纳米芯片将分别交由三星和台积电在美国本土工厂生产。 马斯克证实，AI5芯片为了赶进度做出若干设计妥协，但最终比原计划提前45天完成流片还是让他感到欣慰。
