*ST海钦：收到福建监管局下发的《行政处罚决定书》
36氪获悉，*ST海钦公告，近日，公司收到中国证监会福建监管局下发的《行政处罚决定书》，对公司存在未按规定披露关联交易及年度报告存在重大遗漏、虚假记载等行为进行处罚。公司股票自2026年3月2日起已被上海证券交易所叠加实施其他风险警示。
