关于中转站的合法性
近期看到一个公司因公众号套壳ChatGPT提供服务被行政处罚了，然后最近就有很多假新闻说卖中转key被刑事立案，现在真的有在管控吗？国内这么多大型中转，但是我觉得至少是涉嫌非法经营了，因为大部分（全部？）中转应该都没有执照吧。 14 个帖子 - 8 位参与者 阅读完整话题
