使用过程中突然报错让我重新授权：
Codex refresh token was already consumed by another client (e.g.
Codex CLI or VS Code extension). Runcodexin your terminal to
generate fresh tokens, then runhermes authto re-authenticate. Run
hermes modelto re-authenticate.
重启hermes之后报错如下：
SSL: UNEXPECTED_EOF_WHILE_READING] EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1006)
五一前用的 Pro 从来没出现过这样的情况。五一后换到了Plus，这样报错过好几次了，是openai的使用范围收紧了嘛？还是目前hermes调用codex的方式，codex改为不支持了，两者不匹配？我没记错的话，昨天刚刚手动授权过了，但是今天又出现了。
