最近用 Claude Code 处理扫描版 PDF 书籍的书签添加任务，发现频繁报 API Error。经过排查发现：
只要模型输入包含现任总书记的姓名，就会报：API Error: 400 [“error”: {“type”:“invalid request_error”, “message”: “The request was rejected because it was considered high risk”},“type”:“error”}
模型思考和输出内容包含现任总书记的姓名，就会报：API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy(https://ww. anthropic. com/legal/aup). Please double press esc to edit your last message or start a new session forClaude Code to assist with a different task. If you are seeing this refusal repeatedly, try running /model claude-sonnet-4-20250514 to switch models.
不胜其烦，已经严重影响任务实现。理解zz红线，但 Kimi 这个做法未免有点矫枉过正了…
