前几天尝试订阅Claude的时候出现了Your Purchase Could Not BeCompleted具体原因我懒得查证就只说最后怎么解决的了。

环境如下:

6月4号出现这个问题根据网络教程用pc电脑进入https://getsupport.apple.com/solutions
切换国家为新加坡,语言为英语。
选择》 App Store 》 Subscriptions & Purchases》 Unable to purchase》点击继续之后页面有个Get more help

点击之后和客服聊天。
ps:尼日利亚没有这个Get more help选择所以我切换的新加坡
然后和客服聊天,这里没有截图。大概就是我发送模板:
Hi, I topped up my Apple ID with a gift card,
but when I try to make a purchase, it shows
“Your purchase could not be completed”.
Could you please help review my account?
I believe it may be restricted by the system.
然后他问我要了哪个订阅失败的截图,之后让我等待72小时。这里我留存了一下这次的案号之后有大用。
6月7号果不其然还是失败,于是我再次找上客服并且携带上,上次的案号:
Hi Dahianna, I’m doing good, thank you! > Yes, I am contacting back because the 72-hour review period for my previous case has passed, but I just tried to make a purchase and I am still getting the exact same ‘Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed’ error.
Could you please help me manually check and lift this restriction, or escalate it to a Senior Advisor if needed? Thank you so much for your help!
之后他回复:系统不方便巴拉巴拉,转交给了高级顾问。
等了两三分钟高级顾问接入,给他发送:
Hi! The previous advisor transferred me to you because my 72-hour security review period has passed, but I am still getting the ‘Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed’ error. > Since the automated review didn’t work, could you please help me manually check my account and lift this restriction? Thank you so much!
他会询问他要处理的appid是否就是聊天前填写的邮箱账户。
我:yes
等待两三分钟他查看。
最终回复:巴拉巴拉做了什么调整,一个小时后请你再尝试购买。
再次等待一个小时后就完成购买成功订阅了。
