中国大陆身份证注册wise后使用港卡入金，发现入金失败，需要因为我注册的时候使用的是身份证上中文名，而港卡使用的是中文拼音，两个账户名字不一致无法入金
尝试的方法
- 先是通过"入金被暂停"提供的通道补充材料，补充了护照、交易截图等信息，过了好几天无果，款项自动退回，交易被取消
- 寻找英文在线客服，使用ai生成了一段小作文
发给客服之后，客服表示要反馈给相关团队，我表示OK
这里没有补充任何身份证明文件，过了几分钟就发邮件告知帮我改好了，效率非常高

Hello,
I would like to request a name correction for my Wise account.
When I registered my account, I used my Chinese name in Chinese characters because I did not fully understand the verification requirements at that time. After registration, I found your official article regarding Chinese National ID verification, which recommends using the English pinyin version of the legal name instead.
Because of this mismatch, I am currently unable to transfer funds from my Hong Kong bank account to Wise successfully.
I would therefore like to request that my account name be changed from the Chinese-character version to the English pinyin version that matches my legal identification documents.
I am fully willing to provide any supporting documents required for verification, including:
Chinese National ID
Passport (if needed)
Bank documents or proof of identity
