今天注册甲骨文的时候通过f12发现了一点小插曲，在network里面有个报错。
点开查看headers
https://signup-api.cloud.oracle.com/20200828/states?countryId=CN
Request Method:GET Status Code:400 Bad Request
Remote Address:147.154.4.24:443
Referrer Policy:strict-origin-when-cross-origin
在preview里面发现
“message”: “CountryId is not supported.”,
“code”: 400。
也就是在你还没填地址的时候，甲骨文就已经禁止注册了，即使你填了地址，验证了卡片，后续就会出现abc。
不知道这个分析是否正确，有没有大佬做过测试，说一下。
