昨天晚上开了一个20刀的订阅，今天又开了个15刀的，看有佬友成功退款，想着把20刀的退了，再开个15刀，结果这一下贪出事了。20刀的成功退了但是钱没回来。15刀新开的用的qq邮箱注册的新号，开完之后创建不了工作空间，我就给窗口关了，以为创建完了。结果查邮件也没有，重新登录也没有。于是开始找客服
跟客服提供了长链接，支付截图，fiat24的支付与收款地址，几轮下来客服咬死我这号没开过订阅，让我提供Order ID。我翻遍了邮箱也没有啊。现在不知道这钱到底哪去了，到底开没开空间，以及后续还会不会继续扣款。我接下来该找谁？fiat24？求有经验的佬友帮帮忙，可有偿。
客服邮件如下：

I understand that you have not received any OpenAI payment confirmation email, invoice, receipt, or Business workspace creation email related to this transaction, and that no ChatGPT Business/Team workspace appears under the account 25****@qq.com.

At this time, we kindly need the official OpenAI Order ID or Invoice Number in order to locate the charge within our billing system. Since there is no active subscription or workspace associated with the account, the Order ID or Invoice Number is necessary for us to identify and trace the transaction internally.
However, the screenshots and blockchain transaction details provided appear to be from a third-party payment or blockchain transaction explorer rather than an official OpenAI billing receipt or invoice, so they cannot be used to directly locate the charge in our billing records.
At this time, since there is no active subscription associated with your email address and we are unable to locate the transaction internally without an official OpenAI Order ID or Invoice Number, a refund review is not currently eligible.
We also kindly ask that you check with your bank or card provider to confirm whether the charge was fully captured and completed successfully on their side.
